Dev Log #13 - Find Your Class. Follow Your Next Adventure.

FateMMO is getting closer to the experience I want players to meet for the first time. This update is about making that world easier to understand and explore while I continue the final sprite, animation, map, questing, and interface work in the native game.

External TestFlight invitations are not live yet. The waitlist is free, and joining does not require a community account or payment. It records your interest for a future testing wave; it does not grant immediate access or reserve a seat.

Find the class that fits you

The website now has an interactive class showcase. Switch between Warrior, Mage, and Archer to see their role, resource, playstyle, and links to the skills that shape their kit.

Warrior: Build Fury, fight up close, and hold the line.
Mage: Balance Mana, elemental damage, control, healing, and shields.
Archer: Manage distance, build Fury, and choose when to reposition.

Previously shared screenshots from native FateMMO: combat, skills, equipment, and rankings. Final sprite and animation work continues.

Explore the world before your first step

The world preview lets you move between regions and get a feel for their setting and progression. From Whispering Woods toward the later regions, each preview links into the public world guide so you can keep exploring.

The region artwork on the website is labeled as world illustration. It introduces the setting; it is not a promise that the final playable maps will look exactly like those illustrations.

Get from a question to a useful answer

The new navigation brings class guides, skills, item sources, monsters, and world information together. If a skill or piece of equipment catches your attention, there is a clearer route into its documentation.

A little more life around the world

The homepage now has drifting embers and crystal motes that respond to your pointer. Selecting a class changes the atmosphere's colors. A pause control is available in the header, and reduced-motion preferences are respected.

The page also has clearer spacing, smoother transitions between sections, a simpler mobile menu, and a more direct route to the free waitlist.

What I am working toward next

My focus remains on finishing and tuning the native game's sprites, animation, maps, quests, and player-facing UI. The testing work must also prove that entry, reconnects, combat readability, and device behavior hold together for real players on real phones.

There is no announced external invitation date in this update. When a testing wave is ready, I will publish the official instructions and contact the appropriate waitlist subscribers. A website preview or a founder purchase is not an open TestFlight invitation.

If you try the new site, tell me which class catches your eye and which game system you would most like to see in the next gameplay capture.
